Dr Ahmed Elmonair is an experienced and compassionate dentist who is passionate about helping his patients feel comfortable, informed and confident about their dental care.
Since graduating in 2010, Dr Ahmed has gained extensive clinical experience across public health, private practice and multidisciplinary dental settings. After successfully completing the Australian Dental Council examination process, he obtained full registration with AHPRA and began practising in Australia.
Known for his calm, friendly and approachable manner, Dr Ahmed understands that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel overwhelming. He takes the time to listen to his patients, clearly explain their treatment options and involve them in decisions about their care.
Dr Ahmed has a broad interest in general dentistry and has undertaken ongoing postgraduate education in restorative dentistry, root canal treatment, oral surgery, wisdom tooth procedures and implant dentistry. His focus is always on providing thoughtful, individualised care with long-term oral health in mind.
Before practising in Australia, Dr Ahmed gained valuable experience with the Egyptian Ministry of Health, owned a successful private dental clinic and co-founded a modern dental practice in Egypt.
Now practising across Wollongong and Sydney, Dr Ahmed is delighted to be part of the CBD Dental team and looks forward to welcoming patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles.
